Embossing

The emboss base price base price shown shown in the table at top, includes one emboss area of up to 16 square inches in any location that is at least 1/8" from any edge or fold. For best results, use thick, bold copy. Please call for an estimate when combining embossing with foil stamping or printing.

Foil Stamping

The foil stamp base price shown in the table above includes one foil stamp area of up to 16 square inches in any location that is at least 1/8" from any edge or fold. For best results, avoid type smaller than 8 pt., screens and artwork with intricate detail. Please call for an estimate when combining foil stamping with embossing or printing.

Printing: PMS Colors

The print base shown in the table above includes one PMS ink color, hairline registration of copy and bleeds. When combining an overall or large solid background with a screened area of the same color, a separate negative or electronic file of just the solid color is necessary for best results. Please call for an estimate when combining printing with embossing or foil stamping. Heavy coverage cost is the same as additional ink color charge.

Printing: Four-Color Process

The four-color process base price shown in the table above includes four process colors. Please supply us with a complete set of color separated composite negatives that are right reading (emulsion side down), sized to fit and a color proof. If bleeds are involved, extend the image 1/8". A 150-line screen produces the best results. When combining an overall or large solid background with a process screened area of the same color , a separate color negative of just the solid color is necessary for best results. Please call for an estimate when combining printing with embossing or foil stamping.

Lamination

For added durability, plastic gloss film lamination is included on all binders. Matte lamination is available for a small additional charge. Please see the price in the table above.

Pocket Options

Rotary file cards are a FREE option on 88-01. Just ask for 88-01-RFC when ordering. Business card slots are a FREE option on designs 88-01, 88-04 and 88-49. We offer the two styles pictured below. Please specify your choice, and indicate in which pocket(s) the slots should appear.

Ring Mechanisms

Base prices include a 1/2" plastic ring mechanism. To determine the cost of 3/4" plastic, 1/2" metal or 3/4" metal mechanisms, please see the table above.

All binders are produced from 19 pt. C1S White stock.
